As a customer user I want to create an alert-trigger for bank-card movement

CoS:

Scenario: Add alert-trigger  bank-card
    Given: I am a registered user in the system and some movement in my bank-card has been charged.
    When: I create an alert-trigger for my  bank-card
    Then: the alert-trigger notice me every time some movement is charged to my  bank-card.
