As a customer user I want to create an alert-trigger for fund investment movement

CoS:

Scenario: Add alert-trigger fund investment
    Given: I am a registered user in the system and some movement in my fund investment has been charged.
    When: I create an alert-trigger for my fund investment
    Then: the alert-trigger notice me every time some movement is charged to my fund investment.
