As a admin user I want to enable a disabled account from system.

CoS:

Scenario: enable account
    Given: I am logged in as admin and I have identification data of account I want to enable and previously was disabled
    When: I the identification data from account I want to enable
    Then: the user is enabled from system and this user is not able to use the user account in system
