Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Refactor out the business logic of workflows into a separate plugin. This will allow workflow related changes/updates/enhancements to be made on the plugin and would not require core releases for workflow related work.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a separate plugin gyro-workflow-plugin that will serve the same functionality as does the current workflow out of the box from gyro core.
