so there are a number of files in this project that show me as having checked them out. They have the pencil, and the tooltip says me.
But I do not have them checked out in this project.
I think I have checked them out in the past in another project.
However, if I click on a file that I have "checked out" it opens the file for editing, and the toolbar is fully enabled, as if I DID have it checked out in this project
It lets me make edits, and lets me save them. It also acts as if I am being allowed to "check it in" after saving.
it SEEMS as though it is letting me check it in
no error message
So if user did this, they might think they are saving important changes to a doc and checking it in, only to find next time that none of the changes were kept
I think we need a different pencil for 'checked out in another project"
