In the CMS, when adding a place to a post, we should be able to choose:

Zoom level
Marker if any
Layers (raster/geojson)
Whether to show/hide related places

On the front end, when viewing the place in a post,

The map should allow zoom (hard coded limits)
The whole map should be a link to open the details viewer
The map should not allow pan
The details viewer design remains TBD, I think (maybe Chelsea has designed this)
Config options above should be applied
