When writing Markdown on GitHub, the headings (lines starting with #) get their own id attribute. This makes it possible to link directly to a heading:

https://github.com/zspitz/bobby-tables/blob/dev/s/adodotnet.md#adonet-architecture

Can something similar be done using Markdent?
