OpenHeatMap not displaying data on maps and map looks like dark black.

Hi Pete,

I am having an issue with OpenHeatMap displaying data on maps. I get a dark map area without any data displayed.

There are many png file not found error (attached error file).

This is issue is occurred in google chrome (40.0.2214.111 m), IE (11.0.9600.17498) and firefox(32.0.3) and .Net framework 4.0 with visual studio 2010.
My operating system is Windows 8.1 (32 Bit).

I have attached code which i have used for displaying data on maps.
