Make the UI responsive

Currently, the app doesn't handle well e.g. a phone screen in the portrait orientation.

Make sure the app looks good on both desktop and phone with participants in both landscape and portrait orientation. The idea is to have a picture-in-picture where the caller window is smaller and located in the bottom right corner by default.
