Error message Context

Hello
Since a few hours, and after restart and playing around with the settings, I still get following Error Message when prompting a highlighted text that contains a [[mentiion]] :

Error processing related documents: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading length').
Continuing with original text.

Typical prompts:

Name: Paraphrase the text in plain english as bullet points
System: You are an acribic assistant helping a user to paraphrase the content based on a prompt. Help as much as you can, follow the prompts precisely.
Prompt: Rewrite the text in bulletpoints in plain english, without missing any point of the highlighted text. Each key point has to be in one separate bullet. Keep all terms in [[brackets]] unchanged. Answer in English.
Model: deepseek-r1:8b
Embedding model: deepseek-r1:8b
What could it be? It worked fine for some time.
