it seems that passphrase is not working correctly; if I enter the passphrase and generate the link when I enter the passphrase it returns incorrect passphrase; but I am sure that I enter the correct passphrase

I've created a push with api then tried to read it with curl and passphrase option. It returns that whereas ive put the right passphrase :

{"error":"This push has a passphrase that was incorrect or not provided."}

Hi @robd75 - How are you accessing the push? Through a browser or the API?

Could you send a screenshot? Try in another browser?

hi @pglombardo
if I enter the correct password and click Go, it does nothing , if I enter an incorrect password it brings back the msg
That passphrase is incorrect. Please try again or contact the person or organization that sent you this link.

Hi @robd75,

Where are you using Password Pusher? Self-hosted? pwpush.com? oss.pwpush.com?

If self-hosted, which container version?

Which browser? Could you post any errors or warnings from the browser console?

Answers to the above will help me zero in on where the problem is. Much appreciated.

SELF-HOSTED

If self-hosted, which container version?
Docker

Which browser? Could you post any errors or warnings from the browser console?
edge chrome Firefox

as I said once I generate the link with passphrase, I open the link if I enter the correct password it does nothing if I enter an incorrect password it returns the incorrect password msg

"come dicevo: una volta generato il link con passphrase, apro il link e se inserisco la password corretta non fa nulla se inserisco una password errata restituisce il msg di password errata"

Ok thanks @robd75. To diagnose, I still need a few more specifics:

which container version? e.g. pwpush:1.50.13
Could you post any errors or warnings from the browser console?

Si ho capito tre volte. 😄

Ma ho bisogno di questi dettagli per capire perché funziona per tutti gli altri, ma non per te.

Controlla se ci sono errori o avvisi nella console del browser. Copia/incolla qui se ci sono.

It could be a cookie issue, a CORS issue or something else.

Un'altra opzione. Prova la stessa cosa su https://oss.pwpush.com con una passphrase. Funziona per te? Se funziona, allora c'è qualcosa di specifico nella tua installazione che possiamo capire e risolvere.
