Description of feature

Currently only one abricate database is being used, the other ones should be used to produce results as well.

bumping this, would really love to be able to run abricate on VFDB!

Would you be okay if every database was run each time? or would you prefer to be able to pick and choose which one is run?

thanks for this! I guess ideally pick which one is run... some of the databases are redundant, particularly for AMR so not sure if all need to run by default
