Allow decimal servings on recipe view

Tandoor's web UI allows you to set decimal numbers for servings, which is very useful for me since I often make half a recipe when I'm making bread.

The Current State

The app only allows to set whole numbers for servings.

Additional Context

I guess as a workaround I could modify my bread recipes to the half and the set servings to 2 when I want to do a full recipe.
