Sorry if I have this posted incorrectly, but as requested, here is a request for functionality to ask non-party or raid members to follow you. Not sure if it would help since it's no longer updated and it "broke" at some point, but I used to use UseFul Extras (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info11592-UsefulExtras.html) for this feature.
