A vignette should be written which describes how to derive an ADRS dataset for ovarian cancer.

It should be based on the workflow defined in https://phuseaccount.sharepoint.com/:w:/r/sites/Pharmaverse-admiral/Shared%20Documents/admiralonco/Ovarian_cancer_workflow.docx?d=w761a62edb373412080d8cd0ec98fba52&csf=1&web=1&e=6bC9Ka

Test data is created in pharmaverse/pharmaversesdtm#124.
