Create a logomark/logotype hex.

Definition of Done

1. Create a logomark or logotype in SVG
2. Use usethis::use_logo() to add it to the correct location
3. Use vector graphics elements where possible, for text convert it to vector paths such that its rendering becomes independent of font availability.
