[EmbedUtils] Feature Request: Be Able to Make an Embed Page Menu with Reactions

Since Flare removed his embed cog from the index (I think he said he's not gonna keep working on it) I would really love for this to be implemented. It was a feature I suggested that he added which I really needed. So that was nice.
It's so you can add several embeds into pages and create your own help/info menu with reactions you change page with.

The cog is still in his repo if my description isn't good enough.
