Problem description
For phetsims/qa#1004, for locales where the translation for "Most Likely Decay Type" is long (ex. Italian, Danish, Portuguese(Brazil), Romana), switching from an equation to the word 'Stable' causes the contents of the panel to shift up and down.

Also seen in published.

Steps to reproduce
Here is an example:

  1. Switch to Italian
  2. On the Chart Intro screen, change to the zoomed in chart
  3. Press the add protons + neutrons button 4 times --> the shift will happen between press 3 and 4.

Thanks for the report. I don't want to hold up the MR for the bug fix. But I'll leave this open.
