How can miners mine? #1

Hello, I am learning your Phoenix Chain, but while testing in private chain, I found that when the miner does mining, the first two parameters of the function VerifySort(money uint64, totalMoney uint64, expectedSize float64, vrfOutput []byte) are always 0, which seems to prevent pass in the real value, which causes the miner to not work. Could you please share your test instructions documentation, hope to get your help, thanks.
