Nobody writes it like this. How do I fix this?

OK i found the fix in case someone comes here

dconf write /com/github/libpinyin/ibus-libpinyin/libpinyin/opencc-config "'s2tw.json'"
ibus restart

But this should really be the default ... it makes for a bad UX if someone comes to Ubuntu first time and cannot type ”吃飯“
