Cannot access admin login

Hi @vcuculo I decided to re-install DANTE to my new laptop. Since I am the only annotator, I can be the admin as well as the annotator so I do not need to send personal links to others, and therefore don't need DANTE to be on a public server for everyone to access.

For re-installation, I have installed DANTE files in C:\wamp64\www

I followed all the installation steps and after altering the config.php file, I get the following result when I type http://localhost/login.php in my Chrome browser (which is also set as the default browser for DANTE).

What can I do to access the admin page and change the password?

I'm also attaching my config.php file screenshot below. I have left the password as blank because that is how DANTE worked with my previous installation as well.
