Include broken but renter-repairable aircraft in available aircraft search

The aircraft search (quite logically) excludes aircraft needing repair. However where such aircraft can be repaired by the renter, they are still of interest.

I am using the datafeeds to get the planes. Unfortunately, the datafeeds do not tell if an aircraft can be repaired by the renter. I therefore prefer to hide all broken airplanes, since I cannot get the difference between the two types.
If this information is (ever) added to the datafeeds, I should be able to implement this. In the meantime, there is no possible fix :(
