[Feature]: Sorting configurations

Follow up to #815

It should be possible to sort data-hub configurations in the front-end:

• Alphabetically asc/desc
• By Type (data-hub plugin type, e.g. webhooks, data-importer, ..)
• Sort folders first. If activated sort folders first, then data-hub configurations. Otherwise sort folders and configurations together
