Add requirements for running studio to docs #691

Currently it is not really clear what it needs to run the studio UI.
See issue pimcore/studio-backend-bundle#524

Maybe we should add the requirements to the UI bundle too so it is clear e.g. that Mercure is needed

In the Api bundle I already have created a ticket and a PR:

pimcore/studio-backend-bundle#551
