Old published versions are marked as 'Own Draft'

should be just old versions right?
'own drafts' are only versions visible to the current user, there also should be maximum one own draft version.

For now we removed the own draft via #790
And only show the published tag for published versions.
We will revisit this topic the moment where we start working in more detail on the drafts.
