AltPlugin doesn't stay enabled on MacOS 10.15 (19A583) #81

After Reinstalling my Hackintosh, the AltPlugin.mailbundle doesn't stay enabled. Once you install the Plugin, Enable the Plugin inside of mail. and restart the mail app, the Plugins would be Disabled again.
(yes, I'm aware that 10.15.0 isn't the latest Version but anything after 10.15.1 doesn't work correctly with my x230 Dock, Ethernet, Battery and Wifi (AR9285) and i'd have to do a clean install and then update to 10.15.1 to not bork it.)
