Apple 에서 결제 도중 network 가 단잘되면 결제 성공 > 재화 지급 요청을 IAP 서버에 할 수 없는 상태가 된다.
IAP 에서는 이 결제에 대한 요청을 받을 수 없기 때문에 누락된 채로 지나간다.

이에 대해 system 적으로 확인 + 보완할 수 있는 부분이 있는지 찾고, 방법이 있다먼 보완한다.
