We need a migration policy to keep up with changes in Lib9c and to avoid situations like the one mentioned in this comment.
It’s also important that any migration scripts created are shared with everyone.

As a first step, we plan to use the notification feature to address updates to the lib9c version. Additionally, we will proceed by implementing the previously added schema version feature and writing migration scripts.
