VS Code Keyword Search Case Sensitivity

Related to #85 I have published wolfSSL for example here:

I added a variety of keywords, including for instance FIPS and DO-178.

The keywords do show up in VS Code, but they are converted to lower case:

Lower case display would not be a problem, however when searching for the upper-case equivalent, they keyword is not found.

For example: Success when clicking on do-178 lower case:

Failure when manually typing DO-178 in upper case:

Note that if it is not a keyword search, it does work:

Perhaps petty, but it would be nice if the keyword search was not case sensitive.
