Most of Mint codebase seems to be dealing with HTTP2. ClickHouse is HTTP1-only (with no pipelining).
Maybe something like https://github.com/lpgauth/buoy (but without pooling) could be used for inspiration for a custom HTTP1 client.
This change requires some care and extensive testing. So before attempting anything, we need a better test suite.
