Somehow able to download removed games on the google play store using google play games.

I am able to download games and vist page of games removed on the google play store pretty easily.
Example 1:Durango: Wild Lands(Requires unlocked achievement in the game)
Go to your google games profile>Go to achievements>Select An unlocked achievement of removed game>A menu will pop-up>Press the download icon
You will now see the game's page and be able to install it.
Example 2:Shades 5:Combat Milita(Requires to be downloded once before the app is removed to show in install and play again.)
Go to your library>Install and play again>Search for the app>Press download button.
