incerease of treatments in BLR

@gsautter I am realizing that there is a huge increase of treatments in BLR suddenly with now ove 350,000 treatments, https://zenodo.org/communities/biosyslit/search?page=1&size=20&subtype=taxonomictreatment

What made this sudden increase happening? Does this mean that you are processing a lot of articles? Does it mean that there have been changes in the QC?

This is by and large part of the aftermath of the DwC-A repack a couple of weeks ago ... said re-export triggered fetching the record keys from GBIF, whose addition to the documents triggered updates to the treatments, which in turn triggered an update export to BLR ... this is not adding new articles, but exporting treatments from articles that were added before we started putting treatments in Zenodo.

That's the very reason new articles currently take somewhat longer to get to Zenodo, simply because the aforementioned events caused quite a full queue (pretty much done emptying now, though).
