This looks like an accident that happened when we first introduced the new external link handling logic to the server in September, namely the effect of an IMF update coming in before the links acquired after the original IMF upload could be written back ... we have a mechanism in place preventing such mishaps now, but a few did happen before I realized the danger.
I'll turn the cleanup logic lose on these depositions to take care of the duplicates, just like we got rid of the garbled figure depositions earlier.
Just tried to run a cleanup for the document in question, but for some reason the initial query for all depositions associated with the article fails ... looks like an issue with the credentials ... see private mail.
After sorting out a few API details (thanks to @slint ), I was able to get the cleanup back to running condition, and the duplicates are gone now (well, closed access and well hidden).
@gsautter is there a way to fix such duplicate records? Or is this a job for Zenodo?
