Emotes v1.0

Emotes v1.0 is the initial rerelease of the original EmotesTF plugin made by Mafrans. It features all of the changes from the original EmotesTF except

• Removed notifyme command
• Added support for new versions of Minecraft
• Add support for Plex on top of TFM
