Updating your account details through acmebot would be helpful. Currently it's limited to the e-mail address, but perhaps you'd like to change it without giving up the account itself (for revocation f.ex.).
Reasons could be
switched e-mail account (marriage etc.)
employee used personal e-mail address and left
company got renamed/bought
delegation to another department
...
