BST Elem test cases are the same but different results #19

In the BST section for Elem, the test cases are given as:

?- elem(node(3,node(1,leaf,leaf),node(5,leaf,leaf)),2).
true.
?- elem(node(3,node(1,leaf,leaf),node(5,leaf,leaf)),2).
false.

It looks like those are the same queries with different results.
