Support shared calendar with "See only free/busy (hide details)" #181

There is a Google calendar shared with me that I am only allowed to see the status of appointments, without any the details. In the web calendar choose "See only free/busy (hide details)" when sharing the calendar.

All the events of that calendar are shown in the widget as "(No title)".

The official Google Calendar (both web and app) show "Busy" or "Free" as title for those appointments.
