Rcon server randomsly freezes

It seems that after a little bit of time and some connection it may freeze.
I mainly use RCON for my discord bot and my store tebex. When it freeze all the new connection are refused until we force reboot rcon.

I understand that it's difficult to take an issue without any reproduce step but honestly I have this issue since rcon was moved out of PM and I never understood why, I tried to fix it myself but failed..
