Cataclysm Aluminium and Uranium production not boosted by Ziggurat #1190

Cataclysm extends the [Mars] Mine to also produce Stone, (Chrysotile), and Aluminium. Stone (and Chrysotile) production is boosted by Ziggurats, however Aluminium production is not.

Furthermore, the Moon's Iridium mine is also extended to produce Coal and Uranium. Coal is boosted by Ziggurats, but Uranium is not.

Aluminum and Uranium are produced as direct ratios to Stone and Coal, so the Ziggurat effect is included already.
