Which area(s) of Podkrepi.bg are affected?

Describe the Bug

Translate to Bulgarian red error message

To Reproduce

  1. Open https://dev.podkrepi.bg/admin/transfers/create with admin user.
  2. Fill all dropdowns with valid values without add values in "Сума".
  3. Click button "Изпрати".
  4. Check red error message.

Expected Behavior

Translate error message "amount must be a positive number" to bulgarian.
