Duration is wrong: 1:07:23.99 of a much longer video was the result. The input file was 2274099248 bytes and the output file was 2287317751 bytes. The file time indicates to me the file was likely closer to 4:34:34 long, plus or minus a few minutes.
I don't know how to proceed with figuring out a way to resolve that. Most my files are in the 6 hour range; if it is shorter, something went wrong. The output files are usually between 5 and 10 gigabytes; this slightly more than 2 gigabyte file is "short" in my opinion. However, the repaired video output length was a quarter of what the file and time stamps indicate it should have been.
The playback shows the right progress meter for a ~4.5 hour video, but then the file playback stops abruptly at 1:07:23.99 even though the playback progress meter is only around a quarter across the screen, and when I query the video length from your diagnostic and from mplayer diagnostic, it gives the short length. Something in the metadata is wrong in the output.
