So I was recording for an hour, when my obs stopped because, I ran out of space on my hard drive. I forgot to switch to my new hard drive. I found a video on youtube that showed a tutorial using untrunc. Untrunc, did "repair" my footage, however, not only is the footage now somehow 3 hours long, but also, it doesn't have both audio tracks (1 of my mic, and one of the game audio). The only track it seemed to recover was from my mic. The issue with that is, it's out of sync by over 5 minutes, and its robotic, slowed down and stuttering. There's no game audio at all. I can't even find it when I try to switch to it in my media player.
Is there anyway of fixing this?
Here's what it said in my untrunc repair:

Composition time offset atom found. Out of order samples possible.
Warning: duplicate codecs found, but no (simple) track order found
