Support repeatable field groups

It would be beneficial if Otter were to support "Repeatable fields" or "Repeatable field groups" in which a field (such as a text field) or group of fields (such as a text field and an image) could be repeated N times on an Admin page, as per the needs of the particular entity being edited.

In the Wordpress plugin Advanced Custom Fields, this is called a "repeater".

An example use case for a single-field repeater would be an ingredient list where each ingredient is in a different text field. An example use case for a multiple-field repeater would be a list of links for a menu, where each link would have a URL, text, and an icon.
