Just wanted to know if you S76 developer madladds had any consideration in ever including a global system menu like Unity originally inspired. I know a recent attempt at continuing that original project was a fork by jiquing, however, I know it's incomplete as most of that project and its abilities to scrape menu entries is hindered by most modern non-gtk toolkits, and some implementers themselves eg. many newer gnome apps. Mostly just curious if this feature is in consideration, and also wondering if it is if it could be implemented in a way that it can be enabled on a monitor by monitor basis, eg: a laptop with a small screen would have it enabled, but apps on a larger secondary screen could keep their respective menu's tethered to the window since the global menu would make the choices significantly out of the way on the larger monitor. so best of both worlds and good screen real-estate utilization. just an idea. but I'm most interested to know if it may ever even be a feature or not?
Edit: Oh sidenote I learned that Mate has some form of this implemented (for anyone else who might be interested).
