Cryptdata passkey doesn't work on boot, but works in recovery

Issue/Bug Description:
Using the same passkey(s) does not work on boot, but works when accessing the drive using Pop Recovery

I've tried:

• Changing passkey
• Adding passkeys
• Switched which USB port my keyboard is plugged in
• Tried all the steps in this link https://askubuntu.com/questions/1087230/ubuntu-18-04-cryptsetup-fails-to-recognize-passphrase-unlocking-from-live-usb

Steps to reproduce (if you know):
No idea to be honest

Expected behavior:
Passkey works on boot

No key available with this passphrase.
