cat /etc/os-release

(5) Gnome Shell version: 46
(6) Pop Shell version (run apt policy pop-shell or provide the latest commit if building locally):
apt policy pop-shell
cfa0c55
(7) Where was Pop Shell installed from: git
(8) Monitor Setup (2 x 1080p, 4K, Primary(Horizontal), Secondary(Vertical), etc): 1x1080p and 4k - Vertical Setup Happens in both monitors
(9) Other Installed/Enabled Extensions: None
(10) Other Notes:
I have been facing this issue ever since I migrated to Gnome 46. Now, it's getting irritating to see it take a sec to re-adjust every time.
