Pending message

Hello

Encountered a problem with a pending message.

Is there any way to send a command about a new attempt to send?
The message has been pending since yesterday, and it looks like there has been no attempt to send it.
Restarting the services did not help.

The message is probably locked in another table by a process that no longer exists. Unfortunately whilst the message is locked the only way to free it is to clear those columns in the other table. There are a few references to that around here somewhere.
