Description

系统Windows10 22H2 设备 微软Surface系列平板电脑

触屏拖拽窗口，以及触控笔操作都会出问题

触屏拖动表现为 无论拖拽什么位置，都会像浏览器一样，窗口内部画面会拖动，但无法拖动整个窗口，触控笔拖动会乱触，自动的乱拖动。如果连接鼠标并用鼠标操作不会出问题。目前在这个电脑上面其他软件未发现此问题。

Reproduction

每次启动电脑，启动软件，都会出现这个情况。

已更新1.13.0，也是有这个问题

这应该是Tauri上游的问题，我暂时没有办法解决。
