[BUG]: TTS doesn't work correctly due to an incorrectly specified Secondary Target Language

The title says for itself.

Reproduction

1. Set "Target Language" in Config -> Translate.
2. Set "Secondary Target Language" in the same "Translation Settings" tab.
3. Translate any text in the same language as was set in "Target Language".
4. Note that in the "Language Area" the language that should to be set into "Secondary Target Language" still set into "Target Language".
5. Click the TTS button of the text translated into "Secondary Target Language".
