Integrate ReportNode by module

Describe the current behavior

A PR was opened #996 trying to integrate all at once the ReportNode functionality
Try to do the same but module by module to avoid huge changes.
Wait for GridSuite to be done with ReportNode integration (there might be some modifications).

Report node integrated in openrao
